Ensemble Goya - Lovers Tryst

Formally known as Casey Chamber Musicians, you won't want to miss this classical 1-2-3 line up. Ensemble Goya brings to life the story of three incredible masterminds of the 18oo’s and their complex and unwavering relationship that changed the landscape of classical music forever. Music from Composers Clara Schumann, Robert Schumann and Johannes Brahms for piano trio and clarinet, are explored in our beautiful theatre.

Elayne Laussade
Described by the New York Times as ‘a pianist with dazzling power and an impeccable sense of style’, US-born Juilliard graduate Elyane Laussade is now firmly established as one of Australia’s finest pianists. 

Luke Severn
A highly sought-after chamber musician and concerto cellist, Luke has performed internationally and across Australia. He completed a Piano Trio tour of Canada in 2017 with North American virtuosi Andrew Sords, violin, and Cheryl Duvall, piano. He engages in many other chamber ensemble performances as a freelance artist in Victoria.

Marisa Hatibi
Ex European concert master, Marisa Hatibi has studied and performed throughout Europe and Australia featuring as solist and chamber musician. As a soloist, she has performed Vivaldi’s Seasons with G.Donizetti Orchestra and Ravel’s Tzigane with RTSH Symphony Orchestra. Marisa won the first prize in ‘The International Competition of Music Interpretation’ held in Arezano, Italy.

Belinda Bolger
Studied clarinet performance at the Victorian College of the Arts, ANAM and as a scholarship student in Belgium. She has appeared in several music festivals as soloist and chamber musician in Australia, Italy and the UK. Belinda was also appointed principal clarinetist of the South Australian Opera Orchestra regional Donizetti tour and is the recipient of numerous awards and prizes including, the “Royal South Street’s Champion Concerto Competition”.
