Poetry is everywhere! In the jolt of a pothole, a river’s babble and the pixelated face of a lover. Do you want to speak your mind in front of a live audience? Have you got something to say? Find it, write it, speak it. Learn to wow the crowd with your words.
Facilitated by Ren Alessandra, this exciting wordshop will help you find inspiration all around you and hone in on your stories. Write a revolution. Then, bring the fire at your local poetry slam heat.
Australian Poetry Slam pops up stages everywhere. From July to October, APS heats and workshops connect storytellers across the nation, leading to the National Final as part of Story Week 2022.
