MSO Principal Conductor in Residence Benjamin Northey conducts excerpts and short works from much-loved music, including familiar tunes from Aaron Copland, Astor Piazzolla and Johann Strauss II, plus contemporary classics, in a relaxed family-friendly concert.
The MSO will further expand its cultural/creative collaboration with locally based Sangam Artistic Directors, Dr. Priya Srinivasan and Hari Sivanesan and their international collaborator Dr. Yashoda Thakore in two world premieres: Encounters: Seen and Unseen and New Homes: Loss and Hope.

Performance tickets are $10.00 per person and include one of the following items on arrival:
- Glass of sparkling wine
- Any Bottled Non-Alcoholic Drink
Guests can also purchase a Performance + Fine Dining Experience (SOLD OUT) for only $70.00 per person. This includes a delicious 3-course dining option that has been expertly curated by our in-house chef, as well as a glass of sparkling wine (or non-alcoholic beverage). - Seared local scallops on cauliflower puree, bacon crumb, saltbush, witlof (GF) (DF)
- Vegan option: Miso glazed root vegetables, miso tahini puree, avocado mousse, chilli garlic crisp, toasted almonds (V, VG, GF)
Main
- Native spice roasted Wimmera duck breast, citrus braised fennel, miso eggplant puree, sweet potato crisp, beetroot, cherry jus (GF)
- Vegan option: Native spice braised Portobello mushroom, citrus braised fennel, eggplant puree, beetroot, sweet potato crisp (V, VG, GF)
Dessert
- Red wine & anise myrtle poached pear, kumara & cardamon ice cream, pistachio soil, wattleseed meringue (GF)
- Vegan option: Red wine & anise myrtle poached pear, berry sorbet, wattleseed & cacao crumb (V, VG, GF)
