DIGITAL WALL EXHIBITION: PRESSURE

The Digital Wall in the Bunjil Place foyer is a digital gallery space that exhibits video art and generative works. Over the next six weeks we present the digital video work PRESSURE by Ash Keating.

A slow viewpoint of what the eye cannot see in the real time painting artist Ash Keating undertakes with fire extinguishers, filled with paint and pressurised with air.

Born and based in Melbourne, Keating is known globally for his spectacular large-scale outdoor paintings that cover walls or entire buildings. Over the past decade he has also cultivated a studio-based practice, working on canvases that allow for greater experimentation within the controlled conditions of an indoor space. His latest exhibition PRESSURE is currently on show at Bunjil Place Gallery.
