Often we don't find time to treat ourselves to something that is just for us. With our FREE Pilates sessions, you can schedule a little time in just for you. You'll get to enjoy a mind-body workout all in one...and the beauty of Pilates is that anyone, at any age can get started.
Your Sunday best is NOT required. Just bring your drink bottle, a small pillow and a towel to lay on and we'll provide the workout mat. It's that easy.
