Home / Land: Project Another Country
Home/Land: Project Another Country is a large-scale installation constructed from thousands of miniature homes using recycled cardboard boxes. This major project is part of international artists Isabel and Alfred Aquilizan's ongoing series Project Another Country. The project was developed by the artists to bring attention to migration, family, relocation, home and the impact this is having on urban landscapes around the globe.
Throughout the duration of the exhibition, the Gallery team are to run free assemblage workshops from Tuesday to Sundays between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm. This will be a place where you can imagine and create imaginary objects to either take home or add to a special area within the Bunjil Place Gallery.
Come, explore and discover the amazing objects created by our community for this once in a life time exhibition.
