Melinda from Power House Yoga in Berwick will guide you through a series of free Yoga sessions, blending mindfulness and yoga to support the wellbeing needs of all children.

 

Each session will focus on the relevant challenges that children from ages 4-17 years are experiencing during these extraordinary times. Participants will learn tools that support resilience, self regulation, confidence and gratitude such as mindful movement, games, breathing techniques and guided relaxations.

 

We all want our children to be happy, confident and calm, and mindfulness techniques are proven to support children's overall physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. 

All sessions are free - just book into your session and you'll be sent a Zoom link to join on the day. Each session is limited to twenty participants.
