“Maharaj – The King” is a story of the unsung heroes who have done tremendous sacrifice to assist Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to achieve Swarajya.

These people might not have fought great battles, but they diligently performed tasks allocated to them. Shivaji’s dream of achieving Swarajya was not possible without these unsung heroes.

This show is a treat to your eyes with eye-catching/awe inspiring sets, traditional folk music, traditional as well as newly composed songs, and much more. More than 100 artists, on and behind the stage are involved in this production. The script and most songs are written and composed by Melbourne based artists.

This is not a show…. It’s an experience!
