Join The Australian Ballet Education and Outreach facilitated, gentle, structured and enjoyable dance experience centred around the characters and music of Alice in Wonderland.
The sessions include options for moving independently, using a chair or the support of your carer.
The workshops are suitable for:
- Seniors who are interested in taking part in a gentle and fun form of exercise.
- Those interested in a creative and expressive activity.
- All abilities- beginners to those with experience.
- Participants with all activity levels are catered.
