Flower Meditation

This very special mediation experience will bring together reflections on flowers seen in the artworks of Floribunda, while also providing opportunity for gentle contemplation. 

Led by local Yoga and Meditation studio Om Som Yoga & Ayurveda, over the course of one-hour participants will be taken on a journey of guided meditation, using flowers within artworks as the basis for meditation. Spend a quite Monday evening with us and enjoy observing artworks in a new light.

At Om Som, we offer daily in-person yoga & meditation classes, courses, workshops, individualised yoga and Ayurveda sessions, to create a holistic well-being experience. Rooted in traditional tantric Hatha Yoga, our diverse styles—Solar Hatha, Lunar Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation—invite you to craft a practice that aligns with your lifestyle.
